Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of icarengine.com (the "Site") and your purchase of ICAREngine products. By using the Site or buying our products you agree to these terms.

1. The Site

The Site presents and sells software published by ICAREngine. We work to keep all information accurate, but content — including specifications and pricing — may change before release and over time.

2. Purchases

Sales are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Your purchase is additionally subject to the Lemon Squeezy terms presented at checkout. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP); applicable taxes such as VAT are calculated at checkout based on your location.

3. Licences

Software is licensed, not sold. Use of ICARUS is governed by the End User Licence Agreement, which you accept on installation.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the ICAREngine and ICARUS names, logos, interface designs, graphics, audio demos and documentation — is owned by ICAREngine and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to circumvent licensing or copy protection.
• Do not redistribute installers, licence keys or cracked versions.
• Do not use the Site in a way that disrupts its operation.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Site and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, ICAREngine disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always applies from the "Last updated" date above.
